The beacons under the belly and on top of the tail should both be red. I've noticed that the beacon on top of the tail is white. Is anyone else seeing this? Hopefully I haven't messed up the aircraft.cfg file.

yes I am seeing this too and it got my attention since the first flight I made with it.

But I think it looks on top of the light white and inside red ... kind of a effect.

 

As the Beacons (and strobes) are hardcoded to the model , one could try to overlay a proper red beacon over the originals, but I doubt the blink timing will be the same and get likely ugley out of sync.
