Howdy,The three freeware replacement packages I'm aware of are Mike Hambly's file for internal and external sounds (ba_ai.zip), Hans Hermansson's file for external sounds only (sounds.zip), and the Aaron R. Swindle/Skysong (aisnz.zip) internal/external sounds.
