i5-2500k or i5-3570k?

I'm looking at upgrading my CPU to either the i5-2500k or the i5-3570k with the idea of overclocking, especially for fsx.

 

My question is, which one should I choose? Which processor will give me "better" performance on fsx? I've been reading that the 2500k is marginally better than the 3570k in terms of overclocking.
