KONT2012 Night Lighting Issue Solved

Last spring when Shez released his new KONT scenery, I and a couple of other members with ATI 5850 cards reported a lighting problem with large solid white textures appearing instead of the "glow" lighting effect for the tarmac areas.

Finally discovered that disabling both visual themes and desktop composition in fs9.exe properties under compatibility settings corrected this.
