unable to reinstall S80 pro

I have tried multiple times to reinstall Flight1 S80 pro and it installs up to 99% and then goes into a "not responding" status. I have closed my AV programs and firewall. I have been ting to get help from Flight1 but not getting anywhere. Has anybody else had this issue and possible fix? It freezes on a file called spoiler.wind.wav.
