Add-on Menu Gone

Featured Replies

Hey all, know this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find an answer that solves my problems.

I do have McAfee Security, and hear that McAfee is a barrier sometimes in getting the addon menu. I've tried the CTRL+SHFT+F12 fix, didn't work. I hear changing items in [Trusted] in the CFG can make it work, but mine are 1's and I think only 0's disable the add-on menu on the menu bar.

I need to access this #1 for the PMDG Setup tools, and also for FS Cabin Crew.

Let me know if there is anything I can get that menu up with, such as disabling McAfee for FSX etc.

I'm posting my dll.xml file below so anybody can look and see if there is an issue with getting that Addon menu up. Tell me if there is any fault or error that needs adjusting, I really need this fixed!

Remember I need this mainly for FS Cabin Crew if that changes anything!

I don't see a problem with the dll.xml. All you have installed is the SDK and the PMDG HUD Interface. You do not have any products installed that would show up in the Addon Menu; therefore,"Addons" will not show on your Menu bar. Download and install the freeware FSUIPC4.dll and you should then see the Addon Menu.

Best regards,

Jim
