I have noticed that my Active Sky skips writing weather due to Ceiling Suppression,does anyone know how i can solve this error? I am running the latest version of ASE with service pack 4 installed for FS9

I'm no expert, but my understanding is that's what suppression is supposed to do. Keeping the weather static so you can arrive without the airport turning around on you just as you turn final. Although in the real world that does sometimes happen.

 

You can reduce the range and altitude for suppression, or shut it off entirely i believe. That should give you weather writes all the way to the ground, if that is what you want.
