PMDG OC2
Request have been made for PTP functionality off the server. I've seen no PMDG response to this. As with most things P3D my guess is the answer is NO. My humble opinion is, if they thought they could get away with terminating all the licenses and just shutting down all the aircraft you have paid for in P3D, they wouldn't waste a moment doing it. There I go again...

SODE Main module
Try opening and recompiling the ADE airport file. It's not necessary to make any changes, just recompile.

My longest ever flight. Tokyo to London via Alaska!
Curious what you used for fuel planning Ray, and how did it work out?

PKSim P3D Sceneries no longer for sale
Perhaps we should have a thread on P3D users favorite sceneries, especially the more obscure ones that may have been missed by some. It seems the delete and forget philosophy is becoming more and more common with developers. This may give others a chance to purchase something they'd like but may not have otherwise known about. Just a thought.

PKSim P3D Sceneries no longer for sale
I stand corrected then.

PKSim P3D Sceneries no longer for sale
I don't think us P3D old's are discarded just yet, in their defense. They all appear to be there and available for sale. https://www.islandsim.com/store-532096.html#

CRJ-200 Rikaroooo Thrust Reverse?
The CRJ 200 does have reversers. Their pneumatic and must be armed with two switches on the pedstal prior to deployment. Thrust levers also have switches, pull them over the gate, hold the switches until the interlock releases, then pull them into reverse. The internet lies.

Disappointing news for TFDi MD-11 updates for P3D users
I could tolerate minor issues, maybe even some not so minor ones. But the lack of an entire engine variant is no word not allowed good. I'm not paying you for that. I do hope they reconsider that part at least.

Disappointing news for TFDi MD-11 updates for P3D users
That's a shame. I had hoped to purchase this aircraft once they added the PW engines and it's other major issues were resolved. In real aviation we have a rule, it's a good rule. Always have an out. Should the day come (and it will) that M$ decides flight sim is no longer sufficiently profitable, they'll drop it like a burning fuel tank.

PMDG Ops Centre - reduced functionality from 30/6/25.
It would be nice if Aerosoft put a word in for us "end of life cycle" P3D olds and tried to at least get installers for the final versions of the PMDG aircraft they have sold and are selling. Even if they nuke them in the future. I purchased the 777 & 747's there after their summary execution at the PMDG store. Just a thought. Great video mate. Cheers

Captain Sim $9.99 sale
Had the same issue with MS security essentials. There's discussion of it on their forum and they assure there is no virus in their installers. I picked up the entire 757 package for P3D4, installed with no issues. Except the activation which refused to work with the installer. Using the manual activation process solved this and the installers then ran normally. So far, I'm quite happy with the aircraft. Not PMDG level, but far more functional than the Qualitywings version.

FS9 Level-D767
Have you tried running the Flight1 registry repair utility? http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library The issue you describe can be related to a corrupted registry.

Mega airport San Francisco no glide slope?
That's the version I run Oliver. While it would certainly be nice to have it updated, I have no plans to retire it any time soon. Glad you're fixed up Hawk. Enjoy.

Mega airport San Francisco no glide slope?
Your welcome. It is an odd omission for a "professional" developer.

ATC sometimes forgets me and my flightplan.
As Jeff mentioned, overheading your first filed fix is a big deal to default ATC. In my experience missing that first fix causes it to ignore you until you re-file, adjusting the flightplan accordingly. Oddly enough, it seems to be able to get over it if you blow a fix off later in the flight plan. It's just that first one that should be considered a Flyover waypoint.

Which Beech Bonanza works under Windows 7
Most of us who do it for a living aren't really getting paid for it either. So the simulation is complete...

FS9.CFG/Loading Help
Systems and settings will vary. I get good results with those settings, you may not. There is still some pop-up of auto gen. I think that is unavoidable, although a newer video card ( GTX 600+) may help with that. May not. I set my auto gen to "Dense" and find it acceptable, even flying from the virtual cockpit with a greater field of vision. As Alexos said many add on airports have that issue to some degree. Gary @ UK2000 has talked about the technique in some of his post and stated there really is no good way around it. You could also try TERRAIN_EXTENDED_LEVELS=1 as I have read either number (1 or 4) is acceptable. Hope that helps some. Cheers,
