  1. Curious if anyone has ever had any compatability issues with add-on airports and FSGenesis meshes? I have a good number of payware airport sceneries ( UK2000, FSDreamteam, Aerosoft, etc.) and would not want anything to conflict with them. Cheers,
  2. Hi Mark, Sent you a PM. I think doing a tutorial on FSX to FS9 coversions is a great idea. It really isn't difficult once you get the hang of it. Cheers, Randy
  3. I'm no expert, but my understanding is that's what suppression is supposed to do. Keeping the weather static so you can arrive without the airport turning around on you just as you turn final. Although in the real world that does sometimes happen. You can reduce the range and altitude for suppression, or shut it off entirely i believe. That should give you weather writes all the way to the ground, if that is what you want.
  4. Mark, Can I get the Air New Zealand and Southern Air for FS9 conversion? Or any of the others as well. They all look outstanding.
  5. Gary, Have you tried a clean install? I flew around for four hours yesterday in a 727 operating in and above multiple cloud layers and did not see the behavior you describe with SP4.
  6. Colin..... :LMAO: Me too. Keep at it Scott. You'll be hooked on heavy metal in no time.
  7. Have you tried increasing both Pressure & Temperature smoothing? I would say double them if you are able.
  8. Are you using FSUIPC for weather smoothing? Using real-world WX without FSUIPC's smoothing functions can cause lots of issues with High Fidelity add-ons like PMDG.
  9. Are you using a weather program or real-world weather?
  10. Mark! Wonderful to see you again. It has been a long time. Hope all is well. I would be happy to test FS9 conversions for your new paints, if you are interested in doing so. Cheers,
  11. Are you loading the present position via the FMC after selecting NAV?
  12. You will likely have a fuel imbalance that exceeds the limitation of 6,000LBS between Inboard/Outboard main tanks after reaching "Tank to Engine". Will this have any adverse effect on the sim? Probably not. But it's not technically accurate. You should be able to estimate the time you will reach "Tank/Eng Config" based on your present fuel flow. Then just set an alarm to come press your switches and off you go to crew rest again. Easy as pie... Cheers,
  13. Curious how this sale does not seem to be accessible via the current UK2000 homepage. ??
  14. It should not be just happening Cray. PMDG did program certain systems to fail, regardless of settings, if they are "abused" but I doubt that's the case here. Have you tried re-saving your panel states just to clear out any potential bugs there?
  15. Send it on over Mark. Maybe the Southern -400F too if you can.
  16. A work of art Mark. Thank you for doing it. Can't wait to test her. Cheers,
  17. I suspect something is commanding the gear up. I would investigate your PMDG specific as well as your FSUIPC ( if you use it) button and key commands. Something may have changed inadvertently that's causing this. Since it seems to occur at touchdown you might look for a conflict with your Spoilers, if you are arming them.
  18. Looks great Mark. Best chrome rendition I've seen. Nice work.
  19. Same problem here. Using Win7x64 and Firefox 5.0.
  20. Hi Mark,Happy to test that fix for the FS9 version when you get a chance. And any other conversions you feel like sending over.Cheers,
  21. Outstanding Mark. Makes me wish I had the -8. I, for one, really enjoy the classic liveries. Maybe some time you'll try the Braniff for the -400.On that note. I'd like to convert the Continental classic for FS9 when you get the time to send them over. Thanks for all your fine work Mark. Cheers,Randy
  22. Mark,Can I get the United (v5) for an FS9 conversion test when you get a chance.Cheers,Randy
