Simconnect error with FSX - FS Economy - AS2012 Across Network

Attached are details of the error i've just started receiving using Simconnect for FS Economy and AS2012 on a client PC. Other apps are simultaneously using WideFS and FSUIPC. The error is a Microsot .NET error and I don't have a clue of what this means and it occurs about 50% of the time. There is also a separate Windows error that satest there are two computers with the same IP address, which is not the case.

 

Can some advise what this means?
