He will not let me click on the click to the left I tried a lot of times Is your custom livery showing up in the "Installed Liveries" window on the right hand side of the Livery Manager? If so, you should be able to highlight it first by left-clicking on it. Once highlighted, you should then be able to right-click on it to bring up the menu shown below.
