January 9, 201313 yr I recently ordered a PMDG NGX Base Package on the 21st of December and I have not recieved as of January 9th 2013 Is there any way of getting my money back?
January 9, 201313 yr Welcome to AVSIM! If you ordered directly from PMDG, please contact the official PMDG Support Desk. If you ordered from another vendor, you will have to contact it instead. I am assuming that you are referring to a boxed version, but if you are referring to a download version, check the spam folder of your e-mail account for any lost order information communications.
