Couldn't load language resource dll? Any idea

Hello dear Reader

I was not far away to fly the MD-11. I installed FSX and MD-11 once again and now it runs, but only problemless on the administrator account. On my personal account I receive the following message after clicking on fsx: "Couldn't load language resource dll.." Any idea about what the problem is now? I checked that FSX can be found under "games", but on the administrator account it is placed on "Spiele" which is the german word. I think that it has something to do with my current problem.
