Strange connection...and a possible tip

Featured Replies

I love flying my PSS Dash 8. Antiquated as it is, I still do a lot of flying with it for my VA. I never had an issue with it until a couple of weeks ago when the frames inexplicably started to dip. I tried all my other aircraft including my PMDG 737 and the frames stayed at a steady 30fps. I couldn't figure why it all went south for the Dash and then I started reading a few posts here and there. Nothing really connected with me in any posts so I reinstalled the Dash with no success......and then the batteries in my wireless mouse died. So after putting new batteries in the frames came back! Keep in mind this weird behaviour occurred only in the Dash but if any of your folks are flying and finding mysterious frame drops, check your wireless mice, you never know the strange things it can do to your flight sim.

AS silly as that sounds, thanks for sharing that. Sometimes things that you'd never expect to be connected can be the gremlin that messes everything up. Kudos! :Applause:
