Hi,

 

Today, only an hour ago infact, I decided to purchase the PMDG 737NGX and 747X. I purchased it through PMDG website and I was provided with an order code. I did not receive an email confirming my order. I try to download it and I am told that my details do not exist on the system and therefore, I cannot access my order. This has made me quite cross because I spent a lot of money on these two products and I am unable to access them.

 

I will be glad to verify my purchase if needed.

You will need to make a new account on that site if you have not already. It is a different account than what you used to purchase the products.
