January 19, 201313 yr Is the MCP and EFIS from cp flight completely compatible with FSX for use with the PMDG NGX? As you know prosim have decided to double the price of their suite making it out of reach for some/most individuals. I was wondering if it was possible to setup a home cockpit using opus to interface with the MCP and EFIS and fsuipc offsets to control the rest? Soarbywire - Avionics Engineering
January 20, 201313 yr Commercial Member Yes, we use CPFlight’s MCP737 PRO and two EFIS737 PRO panels with the PMDG NGX, and our users also use the EL version. They also work with other aircraft through the standard FSUIPC interface but we include a PMDG specifically for them.

January 22, 201313 yr Author Thanks Stephen, off to ordering the MCP EL. Maybe you can work on glass cockpit software on your free time? Soarbywire - Avionics Engineering
January 22, 201313 yr Commercial Member Actually that is something we may consider doing in the future.
