January 23, 201313 yr I've always thought of myself as "up-on-things" when it comes to flight simming, but I have to admit that I had NO idea that anyone was using FSX in DX10 mode. Well, I do now... and I am one of them (as of about 10 minutes ago!!!) LOL! Â I followed Paul's guide and I can't believe how good FSX looks now... and more importantly, how WELL it runs. I have all the ORBX stuff, REX, GEX, UTX, FSDT CYVR... etc. I loaded the PMDG NGX, ORBX NA, and FSDT CYVR and sat there with the NGX completely configured. I could not believe my eyes as the FPS hovered between 25 and 30. AS I taxied, took-off, and flew, there were no stutters, slowdowns, flashes... nothing. Just "near fluid" movement! Â BTW, I bought Addon Converter X and it did a GREAT job (as far as I can tell so far). For one, my Flight1 ATR looks as it should now. Â Â Thanks guys! Â Murray
