Everything is locked hard right.

 

This only applies to all of my NGX aircraft, all other aircraft are fine as is the flight controller.

Since your rudder is centered, it looks like your nose wheel steering is mapped to an axis on one of your controllers. You'll have to check the docs to see what axis it uses and set it up properly or disable it.
