Hi i hope somebody can help me!

Ive just purchased Orbx's australia sp4 via download, but im getting 'download timeout' messages at varying stages of it. this is proving very frustrating! Could anyone suggest a solution?

I just redownloaded NZNI...no problems encountered and around 8500 KB/s.
