January 30, 201313 yr So i first noticed this problem because of GSX,at places like Heathrow and LAX and other very large airports, i would only get three options for parking, and all other services were unusable. After exiting the flight, the little location window would say "Heathrow Helipad" or "Los Angeles Helipad." No matter what i do, select a different parking spot, reeload the flight, restart anything, i cant get it to select the actual airport. Any helps greatly appreciated, thanks Ryan Leyel
January 30, 201313 yr Try hitting the "Clear Filters" key in the area where you select airports. I have GSX and so do many others and this is the first time I've seen this "problem". There could be a problem with the Heathrow and LAX scenery not being installed properly. Settings set too high will also make it difficult for the airport to load properly at the startup screen. The only problem I have had with LAX was the loading of Gates/Runways so I could make the proper selection. Best regards, Jim Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource! January 31, 201313 yr Author Ok so this seems to be the issue: there are afcad files corresponding to heliports for some major airports, namely, KLAX, KLAS, KDEN, EGLL, LFPG, and a few others, and they seem to be overiding the normal airports, causing GSX to load the wrong airport. If theres any way to delete these heliports, let me know, thanks Ryan Leyel
