February 1, 201313 yr I must admit that my first response to Megasceneryearth was, "Oh, yuck." But then, after flying it for awhile, I really do like it. I switch it off when flying in evening because I like all the autogen and lighting for nighttime approaches. But flying during the day? No brainer. Anyway, my question is, Can anyone direct me to a tutorial, or give a hint, on how to use the underlying textures to align runways and taxiways. The photoreal scenery is more accurate than the FSX default, which means taxiways are skewed, etc. I assume the answer lies in importing some sort of background picture into ADE and using it to create a new airport file. Any ideas?

February 1, 201313 yr You can work outside the game with an airport editor or, if you're willing to spend a little $$, you can edit airports IN the game; http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=apstv1 A 30 day demo version is available, limited to within the Seattle area.
