Any news on CFS4?

Featured Replies

I heard somewhere that it was going to be set in the Pacific theatre, but other than that I know nothing. Does anyone have any info and/or rumors to share? It'll be interesting to see how CFS4 compares to Ubisoft's Pacific Fighters!-Scott

I thought that Microsoft killed the CFS line or at least I could swear that I heard it some where. Please correct me if I am wrong but I don't think that there is going to be a CFS4. Personally I wish that it was still viable because CFS4 would have to be better than CFS3, I liked the looks of 3 but the performance is still bad no matter how fast my computers are. Anyway I hope someone will say that I am wrong about it's demise!Take care,Philip Olsonhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/supporter.jpg

After making my post, I found an article that seems to confirm that CFS4 is in the works: http://www.gamepro.com/computer/pc/games/news/32916.shtmlI have no idea how reliable this source is, but it seems pretty good to me. BTW, what was the deal with CFS3? I never got it 'cause heard that it had some problems, but I don't know what they were. I always liked CFS2 though, but now the graphics look pretty outdated. I want to be able to trim the tops of palm trees in the next one! :) -Scott
