Plan-G not showing online centers

I recently installed the latest version of Plan-G on a new laptop and I am unable to see which traffic centers are online. I can see towers, ground, and ATIS with no problem. I tried installing Plan-G on a separate computer and have the same problem. All other features seem to work fine.

 

I posted on the Plan-G forum but is been almost 2 weeks since the last response asking for my log file.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
