FS2004 jerky motion

Featured Replies

Hi again!

I recently installed a new video card with my FS2004 sim and had lots of good advice from

your forum about card settings, etc. So far so good.

But, I get some jerky motion when panning using the joystick and even jerks as AI planes taxi at

airports, etc. So, something isn't right. Can I change something in the FS9.cfg to make it run

smoother? Performance with my new card is really good and some issues corrected, so I don't

think it has to do with the video card.

Grateful for help and tips (again)

Thanks!

Have you played with the texture_bandwidth_multiplier and the texturemaxload variables? These can be very helpful in reducing small stutters...
