FSX not recognizing panel buttons in Pilot-In-Command view

I am by no means an expert on FSX so please go easy on me...

 

I have the PMDG 737NGX and EZDok camera addon, when i go to Pilot in Command view no cursers show up to input commads on anyting (autopilot, overheads etc). However every other view works fine was wondering if anyone knows what to do to fix this??
