HELP with Precision flight control PI-142 console

I have a serial Precision Fight Control PI-142 which all the sudden stopped working. I took it apart and found a burned diode in the hardware controller board but I cant tell what kind it is. I've spoken many times with the PFC folks but they refuse to help me or give me any schematics because the hardware reached its end of life. I really want to fix this console since it cost 15k.

 

 

Can anyone here help me with this?

Haven't they offered to sell you a new controller board?
