February 18, 201313 yr I know that the PMDG 737NG software of old, would connect with Squawkbox, and one could set the mode to Stby or "C" using the 737NG Radios Panel. You would not have to open Squawkbox in order to do so. I am currently using FSinn, and I have to change the transponder mode on the FSInn Control Panel. I like the realism of setting it on the Pedestal. I assume this was not modeled in the 737NGX? Stephen

So the 737NGX also doesn't have the feature, but neither does any other aircraft where FSinn is used in conjunction with FSX. FSinn does however come with a feature somewhere whereby you can assign a button or key press to toggling squawk mode between standby and mode C (ON with ALT reporting mode effectivley). Can't remember the exact place to set this up anymore, but I'v been using it on vatsim for years, and one of my joystick buttons is set to it (my Joystick is a Cyborg EVO with 12 buttons on it, 6 of those buttons on the 'base', I have assigned one of these to toggle Squawk mode (Sby,C,Ident).
