Weird behavior in N. Pacific

Featured Replies

Have a weird thing happening and wanted to see if anyone else knows something about this. I planned a flight from PANC to RJBB (Kansai) using FSBuild. This plan is imported to FS9 and to PSS and PMDG. When I take the flight I get a CTD about 3 hours into the flight. I have used both the PSS A340 and RFP 747v2. I haven't actaully been sitting in front of the computer when it happened but I have been monitoring memory usage which hovers around 600-700 MB. So I don't think this causes the crash since I have 1GB RAM. I have implemented the seasonal CTD fix. I'm not sure but it seems to be happening somewhere near the transition from the western to eastern hemisphere. Has anyone out there had anything similar happen in this area. Here is the flight plan. I am only listing up to the point where the crash seems to occur.PANC NODLE NICHO NOSHO NEONN NANZA NOLTI NAYLD NULUK BAMOK BARMUThanks for the responses. P.S. I flew last night from KLAX to EGLL without any problems at all.Kevin

Possible CTD causes are add on sceneries in the area or faulty or duplicate AFCADs. Try un installing one by one until the CTD goes away. Do you have any add on Alaska or Japan sceneries or landclass etc? If it's only default, then ???Lee
