best render template (sony vegas)

Hi there,

I'm using Sony Vegas to edit my FRAPS videos (witch are of pretty good quality)

But when I've edited the videos with SV and than render in windows media format the videos become very squary.... Should I use another format or other HD settings or something like that to get better quality?
