  1. Thank you Rick! I've got quite some material on both the -1000 and -900 aircraft to work with, but it's appreciated. It's more problematic to find images or other sources regarding more specific parts of these aircraft. Thank you Gaz! As far as I'm concerned this is very much something I'd like to do, although I have to admit I have no experience with the FSX:SE edition and therefore will have to figure out the details of getting it to work. Some more images as I'm finishing my own basic livery:
  2. Dear people, For those of you who are active on the FSDeveloper website this will be quite old news, however for those of you who are not I thought this would be as good a day as any to preview my very own Airbus A350-900XWB model that I am currently working on. So far it has been tested in both FSX and P3D (V2 and V4) and the exterior, as far as completed so far, is working well. Although the project still has a very long way to go, I thought sharing some images of the project couldn't hurt. About the project. I've been working on this, off and on, for the past few years. However, I stopped working on it for a full year, before returing to start modelling from scratch a few months ago (either I am a lazy modeller or I have other priorities, you decide). Through studying the aircraft a bit (the best I can, if anyone knows the aircraft please do step forward) the destinct shapes of this modern marvel can be seen in this representation as well. I don't have a lot more to say at the moment, or rather I cannot think of anything. So instead I will leave you with these images and hope you enjoy them. P3D V2 FSX Kind regards to you all! Frits
  3. Hi there, I've just finished making my latest video and I thought I'd post it in this forum as well.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9XOyrjpIs8[/video]
  4. I've no idea what you mean with T7 but it's CS 777-200 Base Pack.... Yep it is! thanks for watching! Thanks! If you liked it, please check out my youtubechannel aswell!
  5. Hi there, I have another question, Does anyone know if there are any FSX Tupolev and Jakovlev aircraft?? payware or (good) freeware?? In speciffic I'm looking for the following Tupoles models: the Tu-154 "careless" the Tu-204 (series, with -214 and -234) the Jak-42 ( and -40) Does anyone know where to find wellmade FSx aircraft of these airplanes?? /F747fly
  6. Think that if you look into your FSX.cfg (loacated in C:users/*username*/appdata/roaming/microsoft/FSX, that is in windows 7 for example) you have to find a line with VATSIM that says "1" as a value, changing that value to "0" (without the " ") should get the greenline away. Personnaly I don't have the VATSIM line in my FSX (not a member) but for the videomaking perpose I got rid of the view text in the upperfightcorner and many other lines.... But unfortunatly I dont know how this VATSIM line will look so you'll have to find that yourslef.... Ow and please before you start changing the value, make sure you've made a backup! Hope that works! F747fly
  7. hi there, I've got a question.... I want to know how I can make a plane spotting view within FSX (I heared it's possible with FSReccorder) so I can record a flightvideo from the sice of the runways or from a terminal.... But intill now I can't figure out how to do this... can someone tell me how to make such a view?? or perhaps give me a link to a tutorial on how to do this?? thanks in advance! F747fly
  8. well... first you'll have to conect your laptop to your main-computer, than in fsx you "unlock-screen" (with opens a second screen) drag that newly opened screen to the screen possistion on your laptop and than by clicking "a" and "s" in that screen on your laptop you should ba able to make it go to 2d-pannel.... But for the details I think you will need someone who has done this before.... hope I gave you atleast a bit help though! Good Luck! F747fly
  9. basic question: did you configure propperly? like really gave it the time to change the defaults....?? Because one of the first fings I saw when I propperly changed REX where the runway and taxiway texutres, witch aren't changed on your screenshot.... What also might work is refreshing your add-on scenery folder (settings > scerery library > click "ok" > done) that way if something has channged (REX applied) it will show. But if you have done that, it might be a problem with REX it self and like said go to their support forum and ask their team!
  10. Try uninstallig those downloads (in reverce order of how you installed them) and that might work! I've once had a simmilar problem (that was black smoke effects and black taxiways) I first tried some downloads (those didn't work for me), after trying a repair by using the FSX-CD... (also didn't work for me) Eventually I had to reinstall, but I should first try repairing with FSX-CD! The downloads that might fix your problem are grass textures, google them you'll find free grass textures (perhaps also in our library) if they're installed they should change the black grass textures) Hope it works for you, F747fly!
  11. Well I don't know for sure because I've never encounterd this problem my self... I asume you've already tried the "/" button... I think this would be fixable by making you're PMDG control-options empty... but I would not know for sure... I think making a shotcut to your joystick might also work.... Hope it will work.... I'll take a more accurate look at it if this doesn't work... F747fly!
