Is runway lighting something that may be considered in the future to assist in spotting the tarmac from afar? (daylight runway lighting)

Is runway lighting something that may be considered in the future to assist in spotting the tarmac from afar? (daylight runway lighting)

 

We might add the option to control lighting manually, but in real life, you can't really control the lighting, except for fields with PCL.
