Installation Headaches

After entering my code, email and password in the installer, I get the following message. "Your user information could not be validated.......This is most likely caused by your firewall!" I have disabled the firewall and antivirus and tried again, but the program still refuses to install. For all this costs, I've never seen such a bug riddled installer.

Consider submitting a support ticket to the official PMDG support desk for installation-related issues.

Just close the installer.and retry. Normaly that will work out fine. Dont ask me why but its just a comon issue with PMDGs .exe

It has always worked fine for me. Are you running it as an administrator? IE are you right clicking on the .exe and clicking run this program as an administrator?
