Just started happening, While im panning arround my aircraft in spot view, At times some gray areas show up during panning on the texture but disapears right away. After the first panning around if i continue to pan everything is perfectly smooth but when i stop then pan again the pause stutters come again....only happens in certain airports not all framerates odly enough do not drop when this happens link to the video for better idea

Also noticed some whiter snow spots on the ground below

Please let us know if you resolve this. I've always just had to live with spot view stutters, even running at 55-60 FPS.

Are you seriously expiriencing this on your machine? Hmmm fom the looks of your specs you shouldn't be, if so then it may just be something in the scenery itself. I run fsx and I don't see this at all just fs9
