March 9, 201313 yr Hey! Is it possible to connect FS9 on one computer to a second computer, in order to run on the second computer a supplementary program simultaneously with the working FS9 on the first computer? Ik want to try to run on the second computer a moving map program showing the position where the aircraft in FS9 is flying.... Please inform how this could be possible? Regards Jive1
March 9, 201313 yr Moderator Yes it is. You need WideFS and FSUIPC3. WideFS emulates FS2004 on another PC and you can run any FS related program. The obvious things to run on a separate PC would be a weather program or ATC program such as Radar Contact. You can also run a moving map program. I use FS Flight Keeper which has an excellent moving map. You can buy it here. http://secure.simmarket.com/pete-dowson-widefs6.phtml And the support forum is here. http://forum.simflight.com/forum/30-fsuipc-support-pete-dowson-modules/ Ray (Cheshire, England).
