Hi!

I already tried to install the QW 757 a while ago, but since I ran in some trouble afterwards, I uninstalled directly again. Now, as my system is set up completely, all scenery addons are installed and everything is running very stable, I gave it another go, yesterday.

Install went flawlessly, then I rebooted Win7 and thereafter, I wanted to fire up FSX. But immediately after double clicking the FSX icon, the program crashed. (user32.dll)

I checked my dll.xml and noticed that the QW installer added FSUIPC again, so I had two entries. After deleting the second entry in the dll.xml, FSX booted up and as soon as the GUI was shown, FSX crashed to Desktop, this time caused by the d3d.dll. I tried to start FSX again, this time without any problems. I loaded and performed a flight with the QW 757 without any problems, but when I ended the flight, FSX crashed again.

I uninstalled the 757, reverted to the dll.xml file from before the install and FSX boots up and can be ended without any issues... Isn't that strange?

I have the QW Avro installed too and that is causing no problems at all.
