I'm in the initial throes of a system build. mainly to prepare for XP 10 64 bit, thus I will have an older but very capable existing system which will be redundant with advent of the coming build. I know little about WIDEFS from Pete Dowson so my question is to the users of that program. How much difference does it make having the weather on another system and does it have a positive effect on frame rates within the sim, itself? Any other advantages you can think of?
