So I have a couple of videos with some amazing sound - and I was wondering if, for someone with NO designing experience, could somehow convert the sounds from the videos into sounds usable in an FSX aircraft?

The short answer is that you will need to own and know how to use a WAV editing program.  You will also need a way of recording that sound from the video.
