Run-time error '28'

"Run-time error ‘28’: RadarContact.fsuipc.rcv4code"

Keep getting this error randomly during a flight, it could happen anyware in the first few minutes or towards the end.

It never used to do this, then a couple of months ago I reformatted and reinstalled everything, and this is the error I kept getting.  A few days ago I upgraded to a couple of SSD's and having to start over again I was hoping that this error would not come back, but it did.

Im on Win7 64, latest version of FSUIPC and am running FSX.

Be sure RC is bypassed in your antivirus settings. The code itself stands for a memory error. Be sure you have plenty of ram. It can come from other sources including some with corrupt code. If it is reproducible for the identical flight, scenery, date-time, area transversed it could be an ai or scenery error.

See if you get it with just RC and FSX running.

Be sure you C:drive and your designated temp and swap drives have plenty of available space.

Be sure you are not flying at an accelerated rate exceeding 2x.

Limit your background processes to free up resources. Try reducing ai.

When I have everything set up I have roughly 1.4GB of ram remaining, and after it crashes I still have that same amount.  I have plenty of space on my SSD's so lack of space is not the problem.  I also fly with ActiveSky and REX with UK2000 scenery and MyTraffic.  I will see what it is like when flying in another country.
