I am not able to start a new topic in 'Classified Ads / Want Ads / Swap Meet' after signing in? I am able to start a new topic in other categories of the forum?

I think you need a miniumum of 25 posts before you can start a thread there. This system is in place to stop spammers and hoax adverts.
