Hi J.P.Dunno what your experience with Dell has been like, but for the most part, they've been good to me.We have a couple of Gateway stores here in Canada. I went in once before I bought my first Dell, and was surprised at how expensive they were. Compared to Dell they were about $500 more expensive. I guess all that cow stuff adds up.Go have a look at Dells' site. You may find what your looking for. Just be aware that Dells sales dept is just like any other. More interested in selling you something, than actually selling you what you want. Just be firm and they'll get it.KyleCFAOA

What does you credit card company say about this item that wasn't delivered as ordered? Sure would get Gateway's attention if the credit card company/bank took the money back for failure to deliver the ordered merchandise or misrepresentation.
