Fly Tampa - Miami 1.5 update question

Here is the library there is a AFCAD2 for the new Miami 1.5 update. It says that to have ATC work with the new numbered runways, you will need Jim Vile's kmia_ils_jv_v2.0 zip file on AVSIM.com Is this true? I don't want to install something then find out later I did not need it. (I hope someone can answer this post quick, cause Im going to make a flight to the new Miami later on)I did ask this question in the Fly Tampa forums too, but I figured it might get answered quicker here. :-)
