Hi,

 

A few days ago I purchased an EDS for the FSX MD11.

 

I received the usual two e mails without any links to the redownload URL.I have submitted two tickets regarding this fact and no replies to date.

 

Is the system at fault or is everyone trying to get the 777 out of the hanger!

 

I hope that this matter can be resolved.

Hi,

 

Just an update,I have resubmitted a new ticket.

 

I realised overnight that for some reason the previous requests did not carry through the system!

 

This one has.It must be old age catching up!
