April 12, 201313 yr I purchased my PMDG 747-400 under the email X. I no longer have access to this email and have asked PMDG to transfer my purchases made with email X to my current email. I never got any reply!!! Tonight I purchased the B747-400 LCF and it will not install probably because the B747-400 was purchased with my old and now inaccessible email address. What do I have to do (I have already asked) to have my purchases all put together into my current email address? I have tried to send a support ticket through the PMDG website but when I click on the link on the site I get an Error 404! Page not found! Now I have tried everything to get PMDG to respond to my requests with multiple failures I have spent money on a product I cannot use. Definitely if this problem cannot even get a response for help from PMDG, I have definitely made my last purchase from PMDG....... In a nutshell......... (1) How to I send a support ticket to PMDG since their link does not work? (2) How do I go about getting all my purchases registered to my current email? Thanks for any help. PS the error code I get when I try to install is 0022E9A if that means anything to anyone!

April 15, 201313 yr Author I would like to give a big thankyou to Ryan of PMDG for his magnificent help regarding this issue. Can I also point out that PMDG's failure to help on this issue some months ago was entirely my own fault due to my incorrect method of seeking support. Once again Ryan I am very grateful to you. I have been a customer of PMDG for many years now and look forward to many future purposes. This issue is now concluded.
