This is a real hoot and so very true. We had Fran here in North Carolina a few years ago and what is said here is the way it is!!

We just had Tropical Storm Bill yesterday and was very fortuante that it was just to the east of where I live. Actually all we had was about a half hour of rain. Baton Rouge and New Orleans weren't as fortunate.We took a direct hit from Hurricane Lili last year as well. Not a pretty sight.
