AUTOPILOT

Thanks guys, I was just wondering what the various airlines have as their standard SOPs in respect of A/P.  I usually turn the A/T off at the same time I disengage the A/P.  I was just wondering at what altitudes airlines set their procedures for disengaging the A/T and A/P.
