Very simple question: Can CH pedals be used with Saitek Cessna Yoke? Any answer would be appreciated.

Well I use the CH Pedals wwith the standard Saitek yoke and have no issues at all. Can't see why it would be any different in principle with the Cessna Yoke.

Yes they can. Just plug the pedals into an available usb port and make sure that you have updated drivers.
