problems with the traffic toolbox sdk

Hi  all

Well I finally got the sdk to work partially ,but i'm still having problems with the traffic toolbox part as I don't think it has installed ,Although the .dll file has the correct path the toolbox option does not show up in the tools option inside fsx and under the trusted section of the fsx.cfg file there are only 2 entries and not 3 any ideas how to get the toolbox added

I've double checked the path in the .dll file for it and apart from the last two parts of the path to the toolkit it has the same path as the special effects which has loaded fine any ideas how I can get it loaded
