FSUIPC MUST BE UPDATED TO AVOID FAILURE - Security Issues

There is an external effect of a malware application, not FSUIPC itself, that mimics the assigned FSUIPC certificate for validation. FSUIPC updates are here:

that for now have eliminated this active security check. Older versions of FSUIPC will now fail to function since the certificate has been withdrawn and it is looked for each time FSUIPC activates.
