FSroads anyone

Featured Replies

HiAnybody here who bought this product, either from Sweden or Denmark, if so how does it look in the sim, the screenshots at simmarket does not tell me much. Are the highways and roads accurate, and are the default roads in FS9 still there.OHN

I have the swedish version. Hi OHN,Some roads are OK, others look a little bit strange as you can see from my top-down-view of the south of Uppsala. In the middle of the picture you see the highway to Stockholm (up=south east) To the left and to the right there are two other, smaller roads. All the curves of the roads have straight shortcuts, which do not exist in the real world but which can be seen also from an a/c when flying the sim.The roads seem to be correctly located, but they are not always as small or big in relation to each other as the real roads are.Roland in Uppsala

It's nice to see this new type of "road technology" being exploited. My only thought looking at the various photos about are the roads seem scaled a bit to big as compared to their surroundings? Do any of you owners of it feel that way? Also they need to be "dirtiesd" up a bit and somwhat hidden such as they did with a 3rd party patch for USA roads. All in all looking good though.
