May 14, 201313 yr I just purchased a new hard drive after my other one became corrupt and had to reinstall everything. Today I went on a test flight in the NGX and the sound was very quiet. It wasn't like this on my old hard drive and all of my settings are set properly. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanks. Commercial Pilot ASEL, AMEL - Instrument - 325 hours
May 14, 201313 yr Turn the speakers up. Or on. No, seriously. That's strange. Maybe you need to download/update your audio drivers? If you did a complete reinstall of your system, maybe it installed with an out of date driver. Or maybe your sound config options (in Windows/your favorite OS) is in a default state and you had previously changed settings at some random point in the past that's now forgotten about. That's really all I can think of. Maybe someone else can offer better advice. Dave Wegner - Don't be afraid of common sense or the search function.
